In having completed my reading of Roger Stone’s 2013 Book The Man Who Killed Kennedy: The Case Against LBJ I expanded my vast knowledge of the murder case of John F. Kennedy rather substantially. And I say this knowing I am already an expert on the subject. I have read and watched so many of the Kennedy conspiracy books and tv documentaries and movies. I have visited Dealey Plaza and walked throughout the 6th floor of the Texas School Book Depository building. Stone has been in the news a lot in the past year because of his connection to Donald Trump and the indictments he faces from the Mueller Investigation. He has been a Republican operative since the 1960s.
The book is well written, and really pulled me in. But it never closed the sale on me. I do believe Lynden Baines Johnson had knowledge and possibly involvement in the assassination of our President. But Stone didn’t prove it. He just made my unverified suspicions stronger.
According to Stone Johnson hated John and Robert Kennedy and the Kennedy brothers hated him. This is not news. But Stone gets deeper into Johnson’s history and character than I’ve ever read. He alleges that Johnson furthered his political career through 7 murders he orchestrated prior to becoming Vice-President. He strongly infers Johnson was corrupt and profited from the Vietnam War thanks to his close associations with Bell Helicopter and Brown and Root. This is also not news in having been claimed in Oliver Stone’s movie JFK thirty years ago.
Stone also does a good job of defending the alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald; who in my opinion is clearly not responsible for Kennedy’s death.
Stone names Malcolm Wallace as the shooter of Kennedy. But he loses credibility because he also alleges a second and possibly third shooter but never names them. Wallace died in 1971 in a car crash (suspicious) near Pittsburg, Texas.
Stone identifies a large number of persons with connections to the Kennedy assassination who died suspiciously near the time of the Warren Commission Report and 14 years later prior to testifying before the House Select Committee on Assassinations.
The book is a great read. If you have an interest in these things go pick it up at your local library, like I did. And while a good book, it’s not a conviction for the clearly diabolical, and power hungry LBJ.
Maybe someday all the files can be released (President Trump?!!!) and we’ll get some answers to this 56 year old crime.

JFK: The Smoking Gun Has Too Many Holes

Last night, Sunday November 3, 2013, the ReelzChannel premiered the first of what are likely to be many JFK Assassination conspiracy documentaries we can expect to see on television this month. And while it provided some very interesting and, dare I say NEW views on who killed and how our 35th president was murdered in Dallas, Texas fifty years ago this month; the show’s conclusions and presentation left too many holes. Doing so will once again lead the conspiracy deniers to stand up for the Warren Commission‘s onerous claim that Lee Harvey Oswald killed John F. Kennedy alone, with nobody else involved. And if that proves to be true the ReelzChannel and the producers of JFK: The Smoking Gun did no favors in efforts to find out the truth.
November 22, 1963 stands as the single most tragic day in United States nearly 250-year-old history because our popular elected leader was taken from us under violent and suspicious circumstances while our nation’s safe guards barely trembled a response. Fifty years later nobody has conclusively determined the guilty parties let alone prosecuted any of them. Those responsible went along their merry way, controlling our country and by extension the rest of the world ever since and right up until this day. And while survey’s show most Americans don’t believe the Warren Commission’s conclusions, few care enough to do anything about it, presumably for fear of public backlash for being labelled conspiracy nuts as

JFK: The Smoking Gun’s most enthralling piece of fact that heretofore has not been widely publicized is so obvious I find it remarkable it’s never been a central theme of ALL other conspiracy theories prior to now. Former Australian police detective Colin McClaren said in the documentary and in his book of the same name that the infamous “Magic Bullet” theory developed by Warren Commission chief inspector Arlen Spector was in fact possible, accurate and likely. Many, including Stone in his movie, scoffed at the idea that a single bullet fired by Oswald’s rifle from the 6th floor corner window of the Texas School Book Depository building passed cleanly through Kennedy’s neck, then through the jump-seat chair in front of him striking Texas Governor John Connelly in the back, shattering a rib bone, exiting his chest and striking and breaking Connelly’s left wrist bone, and ultimately embedding 2 inches deep in the Governor’s thigh. The “full-metal-jacket” bullet was later retrieved in nearly pristine condition from a stretcher in Parkland Hospital where Connelly and Kennedy were taken after the shooting; and where the bullet was presumed to have fallen out of the leg.
McClaren then points out what nearly everyone, including the “Oswald did it crowd”, agrees upon. The fatal head shot that killed Kennedy was NOT a full metal jacket bullet, but was instead a hollow-point or exploding bullet. A Dum-dum bullet explains why Kennedy’s head exploded, and why the bullet itself was never retrieved but bullet fragments were. So here’s the obvious point everyone for 50 years has missed. If the magic bullet was a full metal Jacket, and the head shot bullet was a Dum-dum doesn’t it just make sense that there were two shooters. What sense would it make for a firearm to be loaded with two different types of bullets? Experts agree…such a practice is NEVER done. Therefore the conclusion…two different bullets…two different guns…two different shooters…and by definition we have a conspiracy.
McClaren’s work follows that of author and ballistics expert, the late Howard Donahue. Donahue’s theory that a Secret Service agent in the car behind Kennedy fired the fatal head shot was recounted in his 1992 book Mortal Error. Donahue’s book as with the documentary last night said the shot was fired accidentally by an agent that was retrieving an AR-15 rifle upon hearing the first shots from the Texas School Book Depository. While the theory credibly outlines a believable scenario that the shot came from behind the President at or near ground level, and that Secret Service Agent George Hickey did possess the weapon at or about the time of the head wound, they provided zero information as to why they thought the shot was accidental versus intentional. Given the massive cover-up that followed a pre-planned assassination involving Hickey and others in the Secret Service is far more believable than a spur-of-the-moment, reactionary but effective cover-up that McClaren and Donahue allege. They would have us believe that after accidentally discharging a rifle and mortally wounding the President of the United States the Secret Service Agents conspired in the car while driving a few, short minutes to Parkland Hospital all that was necessary to keep such a fact a secret. Preposterous!
So rather than latching onto the hard and verifiable facts of the case which include:
2 different bullets used.
At least 10 eye witnesses at ground level claim to smell gun smoke at the scene (impossible if the shots are fired 6 floors up and nearly 100 yards from the crime).
A Secret Service Agent in possession of a weapon and in position to commit the crime.
…and much more.
…those wanting to defend the status quo and keep their heads buried in the sand will just call McClaren and Donahue nuts; and justice will again be denied.
In February 2013 while attending AdvoCare Success School I visited Dealey Plaza, site of the crime of the century, and I walked throughout the 6th floor of the Texas School Book Depository Building. As I detailed in my blog Lee Harvey Oswald May Not Be Innocent, But He’s Not the Shooter of JFK, Oswald didn’t fire the fatal shot, or any shots that day. Evidence defending that claim includes a lack of Oswald finger prints in the snipers nest or on the weapon itself; a failed paraffin test on Oswald’s hands to determine if he had fired ANY weapon that day (including the alleged killing of Dallas police officer J. D. Tippet), and for me most certainly the impossibility that Oswald could traverse the distance from the snipers nest to the building’s 2nd Floor lunch room in the time necessary before he was seen there, calm, cool and collected, a mere 90-seconds after the last shot was fired.
It’s easy to dismiss the conspiracy allegations and go along our merry way ignoring the cabal that’s run, or treacherously effected this country in the past 50 years. Everybody does it. But ask yourself this: if you’re willing to ignore the obvious facts pointing to a conspiracy in the death of John F. Kennedy what makes you think those same dark influences aren’t steering this country and your life and life choices to this very day? Why wouldn’t they?

Lee Harvey Oswald May Not Be Innocent, But He’s Not the Shooter of JFK

According to the Federal Government’s Warren Commission report Lee Harvey Oswald shot our 35th President John F. Kennedy from the corner window on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository 50 years ago this year, on November 22, 1963. The prevailing claim is that Oswald was a discontented young man with Communist beliefs who wanted to make a name for himself by executing the United States President. He committed the Crime of the 20th century firing three shots from a manual bolt action Mannlicher Carcano rifle, striking JFK in the head in a moving car 265 feet from the window with the third and final shot. It’s what the Commission says happens next that thoroughly convinces me Oswald was not the killer and was probably never in the sniper’s nest, if anyone ever was.
This is what Director Oliver Stone had to say about the shooting from the 1991 movie, “JFK”:

The murder of President Kennedy has haunted me my entire life. I’ve read multiple books and articles on the subject. I have a copy of the Warren Commission abridged version. Also, Mark Lane’s Plausible Denial. I have a copy of Oliver Stone’s JFK and of A&E’s The Men Who Killed Kennedy documentary series. This is a subject I have studied. Last Friday February 15th while on a trip to Dallas for the AdvoCare Success School I took my first ever trip to Dealey Plaza and saw it all. I walked the Grassy Knoll, in front of and behind the fence. In crossing the Elm Street there, I managed to step on the X marking the location of the fatal head shot. And I took the 90 minute tour of the Sixth Floor Museum in the former Texas School Book Depository Building. It was eye-opening, exciting, and allowed me to firmly come to grips with what I already strongly suspected, that the Warren Commission Report smelled like three-day old dead fish.
According to the Commission after firing the final fatal shot Oswald leaped from the snipers nest in the deep northwest corner of the building’s sixth floor. He then ran across the warehouse floor to the far southeast corner, traversing and evading stacks of book boxes in his flight. He then stashed the rifle in that far corner, out of sight, under some boxes. Since the so-called Oswald rifle was sent to the FBI Crime lab after the assassination and no finger prints were found on it we can assume Oswald also took time to wipe the weapon clean.
After stashing the gun the former Marine ran to the corner stairwell and descended four flights of stairs to the building’s lunch room where he is seen by Dallas Police Officer Marrion Baker and Building Manager Roy Truly. Baker said he reached the lunchroom and saw Oswald less than 2 minutes after the firing of the last shot. Eye witness testimony and a Warren Commission recreation of Baker’s actions determine that it was likely he reached the 2nd floor lunchroom in 1-minute 30-seconds at the most. In other words Oswald had to be in the lunchroom in 90 seconds after firing the last shot and according to Baker not out of breath as if he’d been running, “It didn’t appear that way to me. He appeared normal, ya know”.
It’s one thing to read or hear about an unlikely event. But when you place yourself in the exact same spot, you walk the same distance, and you use common sense the only conclusion one can have is that Oswald could not have made the trip in the 90-seconds or less necessary to reach the 2nd floor lunch room where he was seen by two people; much less without being out of breath. Video and photography are not allowed in the Sixth Floor Museum, so demonstrating this to you is not possible. You’ll just have to take my word. On my visit I discovered the floor and the building was a much larger space than I had always imagined. The reconstructed snipers nest was much tighter and hard to extricate one-self from than I imagined, as well.
Sniper’s Nest
Book Depository employee Bonnie Ray Williams told the Warren Commission that LHO ate lunch in the 2nd floor lunch room from around noon until 12:15, perhaps even until 12:20. Oswald was seen in the lunchroom shortly prior to the shooting and immediately afterward. Based on what I saw, you must conclude he was there for the duration. When you read the forensic investigation of Oswald’s specific actions and that of Police Officer Baker‘s here on www.ratical.org you get a very clear alibi for Lee Harvey Oswald, who has unfairly gone down in history as the evil lone nut assassin of a beloved President.
Oswald definitely acted suspiciously after the shooting. Slowly and deliberately, but immediately leaving the scene, returning to his rented home (supposedly to retrieve a revolver) and then going to see a movie. He was arrested less than 90 minutes after the slaying at the Texas Theater. And while in front of the reporters at the Dallas Police station the next day he didn’t claim credit as you would think for someone desperately wanting to make a name for himself. He also didn’t completely claim non-involvement. He said, “I am just a patsy”. A strange thing to say for someone who thought themselves completely innocent and uninvolved. So I am left to conclude that Oliver Stone was right in what he postulated in JFK-the movie. Oswald was involved, possibly as a spy against the assassination plot. He was waiting in the lunch room after being told by his handlers to wait for a phone call there. He retrieved his gun because he feared danger, knowing his involvement, and he reported to the Texas Theater as a meeting place that had been pre-arranged.
I’m not sure of Stone’s other theories around the killing. But I stood behind the fence on the Grassy Knoll and can tell you as a gun owner, it’s an easy shot from there. Certainly easier than from the 6th floor window a football-field away.

It’s 50-years later and many will say or think, who cares? But when the elected leader of the most powerful nation on the planet can be eliminated without journalistic investigation and without the exercise of criminal justice we are left, not with democracy or representative government. We’re left with fascism, just like Kevin Costner says in the movie.
The killing of John Kennedy was done by powerful people; powerful enough to set-up Lee Harvey Oswald, get Oswald assassinated by Jack Ruby, powerful enough to keep Ruby silent and powerful enough to control the story there after. Kennedy conspiracy author Mark Lane wrote the very first definitive challenge of the Warren Commission report called Rush to Judgement. Later he wrote Plausible Denial. He inferred that operatives within the government were involved, specifically the CIA. New Orleans Parish District Attorney Jim Garrison, played by Kevin Costner in the JFK movie,

fought allegations that the New Orleans Mob or Mafia had anything to do with it and pointed his finger of suspicion at the CIA.
Adolph Hitler said “The bigger the lie, the more it will be believed.”. The many lies and manipulations of this story lead me to conclude that CIA leaders had to be involved. And chances are they learned from this nearly disastrous experience (for them) and applied their lessons elsewhere (i.e. Martin Luther King, Bobby Kennedy, Watergate) Abraham Zapruder being in Dealey Plaza that day with a motion-picture camera was not something they planned on. Such cameras were extremely rare in November 1963, unlike today when everybody has such capabilities in the cheapest cell-phone. The Zapruder film provided so much information that would otherwise have been completely lost and beyond our reach. With it, and with our technology today, a working stop watch and some common sense while standing at the scene of the crime we the people don’t have to sit idly by and let powerful people destroy democracy and rule by executive committee. But YOU must care first.
